Growing up is one of the most difficult, emotional and confusing times in our lives.
Everyone has an opinion on what is best for you. Your parents, teachers, friends and social media influencers are all putting in their 10 cents worth. Trying to convince you of the right path forward.
We are all individuals with our own strengths and weaknesses and our adolescence years are the most testing. They present the greatest challenges and changes – both externally & internally.
Feelings of not belonging, emotional uncertainty, mood swings and ‘I’m not good enough’ all come bubbling to the surface, creating ripples in our relationships.
If we don’t manage these feelings, those ripples will push and pull us in different directions, destroying friendships and sometimes, lives.
I’ve spent the best part of the last 10 years connecting and communicating with children aged between 8 -16 years of age.
I can help you to navigate this turbulent phase of your life and equip you or your child with the skills and confidence to journey into adulthood.
